Anthropic has taken a big step forward with its AI assistant, Claude. The new update makes Claude more useful for professionals, teams, and businesses. Now, Claude can connect with popular tools and do deep research quickly and smartly.

As part of this update, Anthropic launches Claude integrations through a new system called MCP. This allows Claude to work with 10 widely used services:

  • Jira and Confluence – For managing tasks and creating or summarising pages
  • Zapier – Connects Claude with thousands of apps to automate reports and updates
  • Cloudflare, Square, PayPal, Intercom, Sentry, Linear, Plaid, Asana – Helps with customer tickets, payments, bug reports, and team coordination

More services like Stripe and GitLab are expected to be added soon. Also, developers can create their own custom integrations in just 30 minutes, making it flexible for different needs.

Along with this, Claude now has an advanced research mode. When switched on, Claude breaks one big question into smaller parts, searches across the internet and connected platforms, and then provides a detailed response with sources. This process can take between 5 to 45 minutes based on the topic’s difficulty.

This update saves teams many hours of manual work. And since Claude also gives links to its sources, users can trust the information shared.

These features are currently available in beta for Claude Max, Team, and Enterprise users. Soon, Pro users will also get access. The web search option has already been rolled out for all paid plans.

In simple words, this move, where Anthropic launches Claude integration,s is making Claude not just a chatbot, but a true AI assistant. For Indian users, it means less stress, faster work, and smarter answers—all in one place.
