The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has officially announced that schools will begin distributing Class 12 General Stream mark sheets for the March 2025 exams from 19th May 2025 (Sunday).
This applies to students who appeared in the General Stream (A.A., U.U.B., Commerce, Sanskrit Medium) and GSOS (Gujarat State Open School) board exams conducted in March 2025.
Mark Sheets Available from May 19
As per the official circular dated 15th May 2025, all school principals and district education officers have been instructed to collect the mark sheets and certificates from the respective distribution centers on 18th May 2025 (Saturday).
From the next day, i.e., Sunday, 19th May 2025, students can collect their official documents from their schools during school hours.
Who Will Get Their Mark Sheets?
- Regular Class 12 (General Stream) students
- Private/Repeaters (Mikshil, Pramanpatra/S.R. & External)
- Students under GSOS Open Board
- Sanskrit Medium Students
- Commerce and Arts stream students
Distribution Process – Step by Step
- GSEB will send the mark sheets and certificates to the district education offices.
- District education officers will send the packets to individual schools.
- On 19th May 2025, schools will distribute the results to students.
- Students are required to visit the school and collect their documents personally.
