Today morning, millions of Reliance Jio users across India faced a sudden network outage. People were not able to make phone calls, send SMS, or even access the internet. This issue started around 10 AM and affected users in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and more.
Social media was flooded with complaints as users couldn’t connect with anyone during work hours. Many people also said that even JioFiber services were down in some areas.
The outage affected not just mobile services but also businesses, students, and work-from-home users who depend on the Jio network.
A few hours later, Reliance Jio posted a short message saying:
“Some of our users faced temporary service issues. Our teams quickly resolved it, and services are getting restored gradually. We regret the inconvenience caused.”
Still, many users are reporting that services are slow or unstable even after the company’s update.
