As Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to conduct a grand roadshow in Ahmedabad on 26th May 2025, the city traffic police has released an advisory notifying route closures and traffic diversions for public safety and smooth flow.
The roadshow will begin from Ahmedabad Airport and end at Indira Bridge, and citizens commuting between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar are advised to take alternate routes as several major roads will remain closed from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Use Noblenagar T to Rub T to Nana Chiloda Ring Road to Apollo Circle - Indira Bridge to Dafnala:
Take Noblenagar T to Rajavir Circle to Naroda Patiya to Memco to Rameshwar to Dafnala - Apollo Circle to Naroda via Indira Bridge:
Follow Karai Circle to Nana Chiloda Ring Road to Naroda - Apollo Circle to Shahibaug:
Use Tapovan Circle > Visat Circle > Prabodh Rawal Circle > Subhash Bridge Circle - Dafnala to Gandhinagar via Indira Bridge:
- Route 1: Dafnala > Subhash Bridge > Prabodh Rawal Circle > Chimanbhai Patel Bridge > Visat Circle > Tapovan Circle > Gandhinagar
- Route 2: Dafnala > Ghevar Circle > FSL Four Road > Rameshwar > Memco > Naroda Patiya > Galaxy > Sutarna Karkhana Four Road > Nana Chiloda
Key Diversions and Restrictions:
- Traffic from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar will be diverted through alternate public routes after 3 PM.
- Route via Tapovan Circle
- Route via Nana Chiloda to Naroda Patiya to Memco
- Vehicles going to the airport after 3 PM will only be allowed if passengers have valid flight tickets or e-boarding passes.
- Private vehicles will not be allowed on airport roads after 3 PM unless carrying air passengers with proof of travel.
- Citizens attending the roadshow must reach their designated point before 5:00 PM.
- Roads and joining lanes will be completely closed to the public from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

- Hansol, Kotarpur, Noble Nagar, Meghani Nagar, Sardarnagar, and nearby areas.
- Airport to Indira Bridge Circle via Airport Circle and Madhur Dairy to Apollo Circle
- Dafnala to Indira Bridge Circle via Airport Circle to Bhadreshwar Y Junction
